I don't know how these are handled (or if they already are handled) but 
Mike Landry also submitted E11 calibration segments. Here are the 
segment intervals and comments submitted by Mike:

Does anyone know the status of the Science Mode definition? During the 
run, those who worry about data acquisition were upset that "Science 
Mode" can be maintained even if both framebuilders are down. Post run, 
this can just be marked with NO_DATA I assume, but for online analyses 
it might be a headache.
