From shawhan_p@ligo.caltech.edu Sat Dec 11 01:25:54 2004 Date: Fri, 10 Dec 2004 22:25:49 -0800 From: Peter Shawhan To: Keith Riles , Ben Johnson , Greg Mendell , Stuart Anderson Subject: E11 NO_DATA, NO_RDS, and NO_L3RDS flags Hi Keith, Ben, Greg, and Stuart, I have compared the lists of E11 science-mode segments with the available data in the /archive filesystems at Hanford and at Caltech. Note that the Caltech /archive only has L1 and L3 RDS data from the E11 run so far, not the full-frame data. There is one RDS file which exists at Hanford but is missing from Caltech: H-RDS_R_L1-785096064-64.gwf . Can someone please copy that to Caltech? The science-mode segment lists include some segments which are outside the official time span of the E11 run. The raw data was not kept for most of this "extra" time, but there is still "extra" raw data in the range 784713952-784725408 at Hanford, which is during an H2 science-mode segment. The H2 NO_DATA flag times listed below assume that this "extra" raw data will be DISCARDED, i.e. not permanently archived at Caltech. With those assumptions, here are the data quality flags: H1 data which should have NO_DATA flag: Segment 87 : 785318432-785318436 Segment 88 : (entire) H1 data which should have NO_RDS flag: Segment 88 : 785318688-785342591 H1 data which should have NO_L3RDS flag: Segment 88 : 785318688-785342591 H2 data which should have NO_DATA flag: Segment 1 : (entire) Segment 2 : (entire) Segment 115 : 785318432-785320673 H2 data which should have NO_RDS flag: Segment 1 : (entire) Segment 2 : (entire) Segment 115 : 785318688-785320673 H2 data which should have NO_L3RDS flag: Segment 1 : (entire) Segment 2 : (entire) Segment 115 : 785318688-785320673 Note that no data is missing during science-mode segments within the official span of the E11 run!
