The fourth run consisted of 701 1800-sec contiguous segments computed from S2 data from L1 interferometer.
Only the first 2048 Hz of data were retained.
The power statistic is located on tenaya in /home/volodya/public_html/SFT-3/S2.L1.2/
The data for each bin was modelled as an exponential distribution with parameter lambda This parameter was estimated as ln(2)/median. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic was used to verify goodness of fit.
The power statistic was then computed as 1/lambda
